2009 Civil War Re-Enactment

| A Civil War Encampment
and Re-Enactment was held on the grounds of Lambert Castle during the weekend
of June 6, 2009. The group, Co. B Rhode Island Volunteers,
did an outstanding job of re-creating history for The many visitors who
were able to learn how the Civil War impacted the Paterson area.
Througout the weekend all "soldiers" remained in character. Docent Bill
Collins lead a Candelight Tour and spoke of how Catholina Lambert aided
the Northern Army by supplying ribbons for their uniforms |
